The majority of the tape takes place in a hotel lobby, and there are glimpses of campaign officials: Dee Dee Myers, James Carville and George Stephanopoulos, as well as Bill and Hillary Clinton.

President George H.W. Bush makes a phone call to the party. Then, tape from Senate incumbent Alan Dixon’s party, at which he makes an eloquent concession speech to Carol Moseley Braun.
