Raw footage of Riccardo’s restaurant in Chicago on the last night it was open, August 25, 1995. The restaurant was established in 1934 and was a longtime hangout for celebrated Chicagoans like Studs Terkel. Owner Nick Angelo shares his thoughts with Tom Weinberg, and long-time Riccardo’s customers comment on the iconic restaurant’s closing.
This is a continuation of a live broadcast of the Mancow Morning Madhouse on Rock 103.5 that was begun on a previous tape. This tape also has an interview with Mancow and his co-host Urma after the show. The footage was shot for the TV series Radio Faces.
