Raw footage for the award-winning series The 90’s. In Cambridge, Massachusetts, people are interviewed about who they would trust to be president. Among the answers are Niels Bohr, Patricia Ireland, Martin Luther King, Jesse Jackson, Bill Moyers, “a born-again Christian who believes in the Bible,” and Jesus Christ (because there wouldn’t be gays or fornication). One of the more notable interviewees is the Vice Mayor of Cambridge, who suggests W.E.B. Dubois. [The spelling of their names is approximate.]
Raw footage shot for the TV series Chicago Slices, which aired from 1994-95 on WPWR. TV host Ben Hollis visits the State of Illinois building (now known as the James R. Thompson Center) and interviews passersby.
Raw tape of Joe Cummings driving up and down Madison Street on the West Side of Chicago. He talks about inner city problems and interviews a police officer and some men on the street. The segment was shot for Wild Chicago.

Raw footage shot for the TV series The 90’s. Skip Blumberg goes around the streets of New York taping everyday people and some of their thoughts. A portion of this video shows some of his family life. A larger portion is concerned with the performance of a cheerleading-type routine by a group of girls, which Blumberg has called “The Street”; there are several takes of this spanning about a third of the footage. The recordings take place outside the Marcy Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. On a subsequent tape, the group is called “The Champions.”
