Eddie Becker documents the room selection lottery for U.S. representatives. Representatives draw a number and then are allowed to select the room that will be their office for two years. An interesting peek behind-the-scenes at the trivial matters that take up much of our representatives' time.
The tape centers on the room selection process for Rep. Michael Patrick Flanagan, the man who replaced Dan Rostenkowski. Becker talks with Glenn Lackey, Rep. Flanagan’s administrative assistant, who describes the rooms as ranging from “entirely adequate to barely adequate.”
